From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The customer service was an easy 10/10! I was so hungry I was starting to get a little frustrated, but Quell came to the rescue! He patiently helped me build the BEST burger ever, recommended the perfect chocolate milkshake, and even helped my husband with his order. His patience and positive attitude were truly appreciated. Wayne, Jeffery, and Joe completed the experience with their welcoming personalities and outstanding hospitality. What impressed me even more was how kind and friendly everyone was to our children. It’s not every day you find a team that makes both adults and kids feel so welcomed and valued. The service was so exceptional that I happily left a $30 tip because this team absolutely deserved it. Great food is one thing, but genuine customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. I’m still full over two hours later, and we’re already talking about coming back in a few days! I placed my order for my food and I’m sitting there waiting. Then the same person who took my order comes up to me and asked me what am I waiting for. I regurgitate the order I just told her two minutes ago and she has no idea where the order is or who’s making it. One of the other guys finally says the order, say that it’s mine, and then she asked me for my receipt. Keep in mind there are four people in this restaurant!!!!!! This grown adult could not figure out, which of the four of us ordered what meal. Then to add to that the buns are soggy and they got my order wrong. And on top of that, everyone knows that you get a large heaping of fries with your order at five guys. My fries were soggy and barely fill the bag. When I tell you, I will never go there again! This job is too easy to mess up THIS BAD.
