I put in an online order for donuts, got there and was told there were none available (at 11am on a Saturday), and was told that I couldn’t be refunded for my order. The iced coffee was so bad that I had to toss it. Was such a gem before, definitely needs an upgrade in management.

They also have people inside the store asking for money and to buy the food at the register. Not an ideal Dunkin location for young women.
