- SHSean HSep 21, 20261.0This place isn’t worth going to unless the manager is working. When he’s not there, the entire staff move at 1/4 speed. They’ll stand there and have personal conversations while there’s a line out the door. The heavy set lady that works the registers is the worst. She acts like the customers are lucky she’s taking order at all. I’ve stopped going to the place if the manager isn’t there. It’s a completely different experience.they should can then all and start new. That crew is awful when the boss isn’t around.

They took their time taking orders, making drinks and making food it was very clear that the older woman working was making the shift miserable for everybody involved. They forgot my cream cheese and then made me repay for the cream cheese because I didn’t have my receipt anymore. And they gave me the wrong bagel type. honestly, the worst experience of my life. One of the people that were working was being buddy buddy with one of the customers it was kind of clear they were friends, and they took their sweet time talking to them, instead of helping the actual customers. and and then, when I finally got up to the counter, she was rude to me. She didn’t ask my order in a timely manner and Just let me stand there forever. none of them were wearing name tags either so I can’t even give you the full names but I can tell you they were there on September 6, 2026. Genuinely fire at least one of these women. I hope that if today was a bad day for all of them that they have a better day tomorrow and that they get a new job because this is not the right job for them and they should not be in customer service. I also want to add that they were rude to multiple other customers ahead of and behind me we were all bonding over the fact that this was such a horrible experience. It also took me a solid 40 minutes to finish my order which was just infuriating and unacceptable. do better.
