- ZDZeyna D.1 day ago2.0This store is a hot mess. A hot hot mess. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Peet's Coffee on the other side of the street. They purposely leave out ingredients to your drinks. I tasted no caramel in my coffee, kindly asked them to fix it since it's what I ordered, and they looked at me like I was crazy. Please love yourself and go to another Dunkin. I love Dunkin, but this store specifically will never get my coin ever again.

They always mix them in with the other orders and theyre inconsistent with calling out nunbers, so you have to walk up and physically find your order. Super annoying.
- YOYahay ObeidApr 30, 20261.0What's the point of having a mobile pick up shelf if you're not going to put anything on it? I waited 10 minutes for my order, just to find out it was on the counter for the entire time. Remove the shelf to eliminate confusion.

- AJAsia JordanJan 28, 20261.0The guy here who is short full beard a foreigner he was counting money at the machine I don’t know who he think I am, but I came in here to purchase a hot chocolate with two espresso shots he only gave me one but before I order he spoke and walked off from me to go drink his coffee I then asked him who was waiting on me he then expressed yea I’m coming very very unpleasant an then after he made my drink wrong he rushed me out the store he treated me as if i was homeless and how he treated the white people coming in
