- LLLaurenAug 11, 20261.0I had a rough experience and I share it on my survey. I ordered my coffee with skim milk on the side and was abruptly told they don’t do milk on the side, only creamer. What? I want to control my own destiny! I was told that she could lose her job if she gave me milk on the side & she made me watch her pour it in my cup so I could see the amount. Corporate is completely against this policy!! She said it was for sanitary purposes… again, what? How is that any different than pouring my coffee? Is the owner so cheap that they don’t want to spare an espresso sized cup of milk? Someone called me from the store and offered me a coffee but I live in Florida so that’s a no-go. I asked for points or a gift card. She said she didn’t know how to do that but would get back to me in a bit. Well, that bit became 2 weeks, despite my multiple attempts to call her at all hours. She blamed it on not having her personal phone- well, why did she call on her personal phone. When she finally called me back, she again offered me a coffee and I repeated that I love in Florida! She was arguing with me about my request and I asked that she have the owner call me and NOTHING. Then I called the store and asked to have a message passed along for the mgr to call me back so I could request the owner again and NOTHING RESPONSE! Horrible, Horrible, horrible service!!!!!!!

I wound up getting her only for her to ignore me. Maybe she’s just having a bad day. Oh, if you looking for a place to sit and relax this is not the place for you. It’s HOT in here, a/c is not working.

Then deliver MORE. It is ridiculous and when you ask the workers why a place with DONUTS in their name is out of donuts they stare at you blankly like youre crazy. Also the knife story one review down is crazy
