- JJJoe JohnsonMay 31, 20263.0Average doughnuts and coffee but they are open early. If you need your caffeine and sugar fix it will do in pinch.
- CCChezMay 28, 20261.0A young man prepared my macchiato. While preparing the froth, a part fell off and dropped into the coffee. He dig his hand in and fished it out. He went to the faucet and ran some water and put more milk in the SAME cup. He then noticed me watching him. I told him I wanted a refund. I was told to call the 800#. I called and told them what happened. They offered me a choice between points and a refund. I chose the refund. I gave them all the necessary information they requested and never heard from them again. Case# 16674463. I let some time go by and contacted them again. They never responded. After a year, they took all of my points. This Dunkin franchise is ran by a family that doesn’t take customer service seriously. Dunkin is way more slack on their franchise standards than *bucks, so go where they don’t tolerate baristas digging their nasty fingers in your coffee cup before giving it to you.
