- SRStill RayJul 8, 20261.0Top of the morning!! This is my third time coming to the 1700 K street location. Yesenia I believe her name to be is very rude and customer service skills are poor. Each time I had encountered her she gives attitude. I ask could she help me with placing my order and she responded “ You can’t read”? I said I couldn’t read the description. Another encounter I ask if she could make sure my cheese is melted, and her response was “you can’t request any special way of your sandwich being made”. This person needs to be retrained because I’m spending my hard earned money here and shouldn’t have to feel like I’m a problem.
