Management lacks basic skills to cancel orders or resolve issues, it's amazing they actually know what day of the week it is or find their way to work. The manager was very rude and was very unprofessional or helpful, so we tried to resolve the issue with head office which was also ignored. If the brand doesn't even care about their customers then it explains why you receive the same treatment from the store.

She took my bag and returned with something I didn't order. I asked again about the "meal" I ordered. It was then she told me that "meals" were no longer available. Because of her lack of communication and knowledge, I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes in the drive thru line, obviously holding up the people behind me. I had to order the item separately and when the woman came back she handed my bag to me with an attitude. I will not be returning to this location. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!
