  Never again. I'll stick with my usual Dunkin. I knew this spot was gonna be some bullshit when I saw them building it lmao. Drink wasnt good and the cheese wasn't even melted in my wraps...on top of them being just thrown together lmao smh. Also whomever the male cook is is rude as shit

  Every time I have come to this location they are closing early. I’m not going to write a story. The attitude from the drive thru employee was unnecessary. I just wanted a manager to confirm the hours. After more attitude I just requested the corporate number. They don’t have one is what I was told. They don’t keep it in the store, which is fine. I’m not here to tussle I just wanted some ice cream on my way home. Not disrespect and sprinkles.

  I've done early morning drive thru and in store ordering, and both we were efficient, clean, and friendly experiences. I think ppl are quick to post negative reviews over the smallest mishap when they should be appreciative of more cafes in a neighborhood that has historically been considered a "food desert". I'm happy Dunkin' has established a location and hope we see more investment.

  When you order a macchiato the espresso and the milk are supposed to be separate from each other for the customer to mix together. I didnt have enough time to ask them to remake it and quite frankly I didn’t want the drink anymore. I won’t be back

  I usually don’t leave reviews because whatever, but the staff at this location is horrible.They are ill trained and rude. We frequent this location due to its proximity to our home but I really hate coming here. They talk about customers in the drive through, over the intercom! Also they don’t speak when you pull to the window, just hand you your stuff and walk away. If it’s something they don’t feel like making they say they don’t have it, and don’t let it be after 6:30pm, they’ll be mad you’re even there. I’d rather take the extra 5mins to go to the Starbucks up the street, the staff and customer service there is wonderful and has been for years.
