  I would never go in there anymore. The lady saw me in there before any other customer, and she took everyone else, even though I had been patiently waiting. I was never able to place an order and I wouldn't because she was rubbing her ears and hair and dealing with customers' food and drinks… It was bad enough that she had a cask on that looked very unsanitary.

  I understand it's new but there's no consistency! I don't know if the the staff can't read or what because I'm trying to understand how you mix up lemonade and black tea! When the tea is on tap and the lemonade is not! Everything that goes in the drink is on the label! I've had my drink made wrong a few times. And don't realize it until I've already driven away. The staff is polite. Sometimes the bacon is burnt and sometimes it's the wrong bacon. They can be better.

  1. The lobby closes at 6pm I don’t have a car, so they won’t serve me from the drive-thru.. then rudely agree.. whatta u want? (Really??!!!) 2. I want a chocolate banana malted milk shake with 2 scoops of malt! “We don’t have bananas..” .. yes you do.. they are on the counter hanging…. “You want banana flavoring?” No! “I want a chocolate milkshake with real bananas blended in.” “We don’t have malt”… sure you do! You may not order it.. but BR/Dunkin’ carries it! With your location, you need all the sales you can get. No service attitude! None!!! I will not be back.

  Pretty sure I receive a drink with expired cream or milk my stomach is all the way tore up be cautious. I’ve never experienced this feeling at any other Dunkin but this one. RIP to my toilet 😩

  I go to dunkin donuts every morning and for the pass 3 days they have been giving me the wrong stuff, and I don't notice it until I get to work because I'm not expecting them to get it wrong it's just two donuts
