  I usually don’t leave reviews because whatever, but the staff at this location is horrible.They are ill trained and rude. We frequent this location due to its proximity to our home but I really hate coming here. They talk about customers in the drive through, over the intercom! Also they don’t speak when you pull to the window, just hand you your stuff and walk away. If it’s something they don’t feel like making they say they don’t have it, and don’t let it be after 6:30pm, they’ll be mad you’re even there. I’d rather take the extra 5mins to go to the Starbucks up the street, the staff and customer service there is wonderful and has been for years.

  I usually go to this location during the weekdays, because whenever the young man with the black glasses works ON THE WEEKEND, they are out of everything, or they don’t offer a certain thing. It happened about two weeks ago when my partner went to get a coffee. I was literally looking at the menu on via the app and the young man said they didn’t have that on their menu. 😩. Today I waited at the window for all of 15-20 minutes before he came to the window and told me they were out of the syrup for a coffee chiller. It’s definitely a pattern on the weekends and it’s discouraging.

  Morning crew Ethnicity Mixed chicks not very pleasant and they speak that language like people don’t understand I asked was the donut fresh she said yes but the donut very much hard mind you it’s 9:00am Iced coffee I asked for a little more sugar it’s watered by time I get outside

  This is the third time that I have came through the drive-through at about 7:15 And was denied services because they claimed they’re about to close. I am seven months pregnant. All I want was a milkshake. Get some workers that wanna work.

  This the slowest moving location in world history my 2 yr old could take my order faster if you’re in a rush on the way to work of want to stop by on break… don’t even think about it
