Understaffing their stores constantly, no quality control, you can't even have a nice dining experience in here the interior sucks. Sucks that we're stuck with so much corporate slop in Noma, only go here if you need a quick protein fix for cheap.

They were already struggling with the register when I got to the counter, and after I inserted my chip credit card they said it had not gone through even though a receipt printed. Strange, but I inserted my credit card again thinking maybe it was a glitch. Again, a receipt printed but they said the charge hadn’t gone through. At this point the long line behind me was getting longer, and I just wanted to get my food, so I just offered to try Apple Pay, and this time the cashier said it went through. Sure enough, I checked my credit card statement today to learn that I was charged twice for the same order. Don’t go to this location unless you want your money stolen.
