  Never have steak ready went 2 times and they never have it .! Asked them if they’re going to make some . they say wait 10-15 minutes but never actually cook it

  Very rude. I saw a video where the CEO said ask for more and that’s what I did. The employee gave me 1 piece of little chicken more. They do not follow by what the CEO has said and it needs to be fixed, lastly the employees need to learn what customer service is. I have been in customer service for over 14 years and every time i go into this chipotle the staff is very rude.

  Unfortunately, the employee was taking a personal call on her phone so folks had to wait in line for her to finish up the call.

  I wrote this in the parking lot, because I feel very wronged and have to voice my concerns. I was at the Columbia Heights location a few minutes ago, and this is by far the worse experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. I am contemplating never coming to this location again. I’ve encounter 4 employees in total, 2 of them being complete sweethearts and the two others condescending and borderline rude for one of them ( the guy). I now regret not asking for their names, but I’ll just describe them with timestamps. I checked out at 6:03pm. The lady who served me the rice and beans was an absolute pleasure to interact with( she was looking a bit older than the rest of the crew and shorter in size). The guy next to her was condescending, and I had seen him act that way towards the customer before me. He kept sprinkling stuff and whenever I’d ask for more lettuce or cheese ( I had a total of 5 bowls) he would condescendingly say :” these are Chipotle portions.” I had to tell him at some point that it was okay to just tell me no in a better way, because there’s absolutely no issues in that. He kept repeating himself, and the lady right next to him, was confirming his words, saying that Chipotles portions are sprinkles and they actually give more than what they’re supposed to. This was the first time I’ve ever heard that about lettuce and cheese, and I told them exactly that, that I never knew that. They ( I insist on the guy) were just so negative and absolutely not a good encounter. The lady at the cashier’s was also sweet. I remained courteous and didn’t want to cause any drama or issues but this letter is addressed to management; please train your address this behavior. I get that they might encounter a bunch of different people daily, but others shouldn’t have to suffer because of some people. At this rate, many will desert this location. This was not a good experience, and I hope others won’t have to deal with this ever again. Thank you.

  Food was covered is some sort of oil so much so it leaked through the bowl and covered my table. Immediately made me feel sick and couldn’t eat the bowl. Contacted support to get a refund and they couldn’t help me at all. Won’t return to this location
