- EBElijah BlackSep 11, 20261.0I visited the Navy Yard Chipotle location around 7:15 p.m. on September 11, 2026 and witnessed an interaction between what appeared to be a manager or shift lead and two employees that was extremely disturbing. The individual, who was standing behind the line but did not appear to be actively working a station, repeatedly yelled at and chastised the two employees preparing orders. The way she spoke to them was hostile, demeaning, and completely inappropriate. Both employees appeared visibly on edge and seemed to be constantly monitoring her while trying to prepare customers’ food. It was difficult to watch them attempt to work while being spoken to that way. Whatever concerns she may have had about their work, there is a professional and respectful way to address employees. Speaking to staff as though they are children or criminals, especially in front of customers, is not acceptable management. As a customer, the entire interaction was uncomfortable and honestly horrifying to witness. I am posting this because I hope Chipotle management looks into what occurred during the evening shift on September 11, 2026 around 7:15 p.m. The employees working the line did not deserve to be treated that way.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and put together so well — you can tell he actually cares about the quality of what he’s serving. He was also super friendly and provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best bowls I’ve had! Give Thierry his recognition because he deserves it!! 🙌🏽🔥

I went in asking for a quest Dillard and they told me that I can't order it in person or a for a kids meal. They said I had to order it online which I never heard off before. When I asked if that was a new policy they said it has always been the policy. When I tried to question more they wanted to call the police. Do not order from this Chipotle thru are very very RUDE!!!!
