Every single time, without fail, one of the two bags holding the food has given out and spilled our food all over our office building’s lobby. Not only does it need to be cleaned up, we have to go through the process of requesting a refund, getting food elsewhere, and being let down by what could be a simple fix AGAIN. Double bag your food, reinforce your bags. It’s ridiculous that this has happened over 5 times to JUST us.

Both quesadillas were made perfectly, grilled just right with a nice crispy texture, and had generous portion sizes. The Kids Meal was also fresh and exactly as expected. Everything arrived well-prepared, accurate, and delicious. It’s always great to have an order that exceeds expectations. We’ll definitely be ordering from this location again!

I asked if the cashier had a bandaid handy and she went out of her way during rush hour to look for one. And then a second person emerged from the back with a bandaid and ointment.
