  Terrible experience at this location. The employee at the front, Julissa, was extremely rude and dismissive the entire interaction. She would mumble under her breath, ignore questions, and gave poor customer service from start to finish. On top of that, she added items to our bill that we never ordered, including guacamole and chips & salsa. I only realized after checking the receipt in the car because the total seemed too high. When I went back inside, she first gave me someone else’s receipt, then argued with me when I pointed out the incorrect charges. I even had my friend come back into the store to confirm we never ordered those items. The manager, Mario, was not helpful and seemed more interested in covering for the employee than resolving the issue. When I asked for Julissa’s name to make a formal complaint, they refused to give it to me and kept telling me to “just take Mario’s name.” Thankfully, her name was on the receipt. Very unprofessional environment and disappointing customer service overall.

  I dont understand the negative reviews. I think people just love to complain and try and get free food. Ive eaten here no less than 50 times and never once was the food not perfect and fresh and never a complaint. Never busy, always great food and service.

  Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. Staff is blatantly disrespectful for zero reason. Hostile, disrespectful and nasty. Ask any questions about the new menu items? Sneer. The three employees working seemed so annoyed by the customers it was awkward to even be there. I will never go back. The manager seems to not be present, or, doesn’t care about the customer experience. I get it, it’s fast casual. I’m not expecting “service”, I just don’t want to be actively disrespected for no reason. 0/10 stars.

  I've had a few small things happen over the years coming to this spot. The food is fine, but the service is terrible. First, they refuse to honor birthday guac, which is unacceptable. Second, they refuse to give water cups to customers. I've checked now and recognize that this is perfectly legal, but instead of saying they don't offer free water they lied to me and told me they were out, while passing out cups to other customers. Third, I'm glad they started using plastic utensils again instead of the wooden ones that taste like garbage, leave splinters, and don't fill the measure of their creation as a spork, so I'm bumping this up to 2 stars.
