  A detestable deterioration in quality and service. Been coming here for years, the past few weeks the portion sizes have fallen apart. A quarter scoop of meat, 1/6 scoop of salsa, tiny pinch of cheese, and I’m supposed to pay $14 for that. Ridiculous

  The Chipotle is right on the corner of the station with an entrance facing the outside but the police and National Guard posted outside the train station WILL NOT LET YOU GO IN IF YOU ARE UNDER 18. At Union Station, the police and National Guard ask ID from everyone entering who looks close to 18. I tried to go in to buy a burrito and was approached by an Amtrak police who asked me how old I was and wouldn't let me enter. I was wearing a suit and tie anyway, so there's no way I looked like I was there to cause trouble! I feel bad for other young adults who have ordered on the app and wasted their money because the police is busy "protecting" Union Station from harmless children. 16-17 year olds can drive, fly on their own and can even vote but are not trusted to enter a train station. Absolutely unbelievable.

  Worst Chipotle I've ever had! I've been eating chipotle since 2008! Restaurant was filthy, floors dirty, soda area dirty! Then I had hardly any meat.. rice.. and toppings in my bowel. Took it back to the Register the guy working blew me off, one female offered me a lil cup of more meat! I'll pass in this location forever

  Had a lovely experience with the staff at this location. My son is allergic to milk. Once I said I have an allergy order everyone on the line automatically changed their gloves! 💕they were incredibly safe and kind as I requested a side of guacamole and stated it could not be the guac next to the cheese. So pleased with their care.

  My daughter with celiac’s disease (gluten allergy) ordered a steak bowl. When she approached the counter she told the employee that she had a gluten allergy and he asked if she wanted him to change his gloves which is always a great way to start. She enjoyed her meal and did not get sick. Great gf option in beautiful union station.
