- CGChris Goodrich2 days ago1.0School spirit day free 2nd entree was a total wreck. Clearly weren't prepped and didn't have enough food. There wasn't really that many people just not enough food. Unreal, at 8:08 PM one of the workers announced to the store the 2nd free entree promo had ended at 8 PM despite it saying online that it went from 3 PM until close. I had waited almost an hour. A person 3 in front of me had already ordered his food and they told him they would not honor the 2nd free entree. Absolutely shameless and unacceptable. Why not annouce that to store at 7 or 7:30 or 7:45 or 7:55.

The food service area was filthy, trash was overflowing onto the floor, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, staff members were yelling at each other in front of customers, creating a very unprofessional atmosphere. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope management takes steps to improve both the cleanliness and customer service at this location.

There was queso, guacamole and a whole mess of ingredients everywhere. The staff just worked over it, at a few points the staff would wipe the line with THEIR GLOVES and wrap burritos or grab lettuce or cheese with those same gloves!! 🤢 Not only are the staff gross for doing that but the patrons are gross for still eating the food after witnessing that. Where are the managers at this place that are supposed to be monitoring this location because that line had been dirty for a while for that mess to have been piled up the way it was. Should've just scooped all that excess and added it to the burritos. Nasty🤢🤢

You can tell that managers and staff are checked out and don’t care. Which leads a person to wonder, if this is how they treat the dining area, how clean is the kitchen? 🤢
