Got here at 6:40 and waited in line until 8pm. when I got to the front the lady announces that the BOGO offer is now cancelled and they won’t honor it. She said her manager stated it ends at 8pm but online it’s advertised until “close” and they closed at 10pm lol. To make it worse the manager wouldn’t even come out for an explanation — they just hid in the back and told the workers to say this. Awful service and false advertising at its worse.

They said they couldn't do anything because I didn't purchase anything the night this store prematurely ended the BOGO promo. So, terrible experience that night and now terrible experience with the customer support team as well. School spirit day free 2nd entree was a total wreck. Clearly weren't prepped and didn't have enough food. There wasn't really that many people just not enough food. Unreal, at 8:08 PM one of the workers announced to the store the 2nd free entree promo had ended at 8 PM despite it saying online that it went from 3 PM until close. I had waited almost an hour. A person 3 in front of me had already ordered his food and they told him they would not honor the 2nd free entree. Absolutely shameless and unacceptable. Why not annouce that to store at 7 or 7:30 or 7:45 or 7:55.

The food service area was filthy, trash was overflowing onto the floor, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, staff members were yelling at each other in front of customers, creating a very unprofessional atmosphere. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope management takes steps to improve both the cleanliness and customer service at this location.
