- MFMark FlowersApr 27, 20261.0This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve been to, it doesn’t matter what time of they day, they don’t care, I’m talking moving like they truly don’t want to be their, they are in no rush to put 5 ingredients into a bowl, I would say it’s the worst service I’ve had in a while but I work in the area and it’s the same everytime you go their. I went last week, I literally walked in, the first person in line I greeted the worker and I was met while a glaring look, as 7 crew workers all stood around and did a bunch of nothing for 10 minutes. Not one person spoke, 2 more mins pass by as I was about to walk away because at this point 8 people were behind me me and the workers don’t even care to greet anyone, the same person that I’ve been watching do a bunch of nothing says how can I help you with a attitude, like I did something to piss her off like I didn’t just waste 12mins into my break. I have patience but my God the crew acts like they have to kill the cow themselves. Find a better place to eat because you’ll spent 20 mins in line and get small portions and bad attitudes

There was a homeless gentleman that was in line with me who because of his situation wasn’t sharply dressed and groomed like most others. He was ordering beside me and while a lot of times I’ve seen the homeless be mistreated or not given the same service as others I saw the staff here treat him with the utmost love kindness and respect. I was very impressed and touched by the workers and how they conducted themselves in such a kind and loving manner. I got a few of their names one being a manager and wanted to give them recognition here to let them know that their kind ways are not going unnoticed. A big shout out to Tanya, Daniela and Marissa each of you are awesome and are doing a great job working here as well as the other staff but I had the pleasure to meet you guys and I hope you continue to be a huge blessing that you were to me and my homeless buddy Tim and others that day. And I hope you will continue to be recognized and blessed for all of your hard work 🙏
