Several employees were busy talking with one another instead of acknowledging customers, and I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience. The employee preparing my bowl refused to add toppings one at a time and instead asked me to list everything at once. He then rushed through the order so quickly that he forgot some of my requests and even added sour cream, which I specifically did not want. Rather than apologizing or offering to remake the bowl after making the mistake, he simply continued making it. On top of that, every topping was served in noticeably small portions. As he was moving down the line, I repeatedly asked for extra corn, but he ignored my requests and only added a tiny spoonful after all other toppings despite my objections. I also paid extra for the cilantro-lime dressing, yet barely received any. When I asked for additional dressing on the side, that request was ignored as well. The entire experience felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I don’t mind waiting for good service, but I do expect employees to listen, acknowledge mistakes, and treat customers with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
