This shows a total lack of care. If the health department sees this, they'll shut the place down

She was also very rude about it. So weird. She told me I needed to order it online and had to repeat herself twice because she was hard to understand. I know it’s just fast food and these poor folks are probably paid minimum wage but not sure why she had to be so nasty about it.
