However, every time I order from this chipotle, my bowl is filled to the brim and absolutely delicious! Huge thank you to the staff for being so reliable!!

- FFFabianJun 2, 20261.0WARNING: Stay away from this place. On the evening of May 29th, my family and I had one of the most shocking experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. While we were in the process of paying, my elderly father-in-law walked over to the fridge to grab a drink. Instead of calmly telling him to wait, the security woman immediately started screaming at him in an aggressive and intimidating manner. The situation escalated so quickly that it genuinely looked as if she was about to reach for a weapon. We were absolutely stunned. No customer should ever be treated like this, especially not an elderly man who had done nothing wrong. To make matters worse, the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude from the very beginning. No greeting, no friendliness, no professionalism whatsoever. It was obvious that customer service was the last thing on her mind. We left immediately because the atmosphere felt hostile and unsafe. After reading many of the other reviews, it seems we are far from the only customers who have had serious issues with the staff's attitude and behavior. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
