- VEVictoria EscobarSep 29, 20261.0Wow this was my worst customer service experience in my life at a chipotle. The manager or who ever is in charge was incredibly rude. They start cleaning up at 9:25 and yelling at customers saying don’t be coming in late and expecting us to have hard shell for our tacos. I then proceed to order a quesadilla and she just screamed no quesadilla and I can only imagine because she’s worried about getting out of work early. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my food and purchasing it. The employee serving my food seemed extremely down, I’m unsure because of environment she’s in or just her mood but it was depressing to see her. Please check in on this store whoever management is.

The lady at the front was sweeping the floor with all the food exposed and I felt like I was ignored completely. Horrible experience. It's disgusting that she was sweeping a bunch of dust into the air. The place is disgusting.

I have already attempted to contact customer support regarding this matter but have not yet received a response or resolution. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience at this specific location. I encountered a separate issue here a year ago. I expected the bare minimum standard of service and food quality and that is not what I had experienced. UPDATE: To Huda from Chipotle: I did reach out, even before I posted this review and I received a canned response with no remedy.
- WSWendy SithSep 22, 20261.0I ordered 3 burrito bowls and a quesadilla through Uber eats which I hate doing because I received my bowls and each one had about 3 tiny pieces of chicken per bowl. There was no meat inside whatsoever. I had to cook meat separately to add it and I’ve spent a lot of money and I was highly upset. The quesadilla had more meat, but it was very little with 1000 onions and chees!!! They are one of those stores that if you do a delivery order you can’t see what they do so they short you and I don’t like that at all. !! I don’t believe it’s all chipotle’s but this store is definitely one!!! Angry customer.
