I expected better communication and support, but unfortunately my issue was not handled properly. Overall, a very bad experience and I hope improvements are made in the future.

Unfortunately, no manager or leadership in sight, the dining area took away from the experience. All empty tables were dirty, and the trash cans were extremely overfilled, to the point trash was spilling over and covering the entire outer surface, leaving nowhere to throw anything away. I asked the employee at the register for a towel so the table could be wiped down since I had just sat my kids down, and he rolled his eyes and seemed reluctant to help. I was willing to clean it myself and only needed a towel. The food quality was solid, but the cleanliness and customer service in the dining area need improvement.
