- ECEmily Campbell4 days ago1.0Absolutely unacceptable experience. We had JUST landed from a flight and stopped at this Chick-fil-A for breakfast before continuing to our next stop. We ordered one breakfast burrito meal and two chicken biscuit meals. We drove to our next stop, which was only about 14 minutes away, and by the time we got there, breakfast had just ended. We immediately went back through the drive-thru to explain the situation. The employee taking our order literally rolled her eyes at us and was extremely rude from the start. We approached her completely politely, yet she acted as if we were inconveniencing her by even asking a question. Then we got to the window, where another employee said, “Yeah? How can we help?” with a ridiculous attitude. We ended up having to speak to FOUR different employees just to try to get some help, and somehow nobody could handle the situation with even basic courtesy or professionalism. And to be clear, this is NOT about the biscuit. We understand that breakfast had ended. What is completely unacceptable is the way every single person we interacted with treated us. We were polite when we first approached them, and the employees were rude, dismissive, rolling their eyes, and giving us attitude for absolutely no reason. Eventually, after being treated that way repeatedly, I gave the same attitude back because at that point it was beyond frustrating. We were eventually told that they had already thrown EVERYTHING from breakfast away, despite breakfast having ended less than 15 minutes earlier. So not only was the customer service terrible, but apparently the entire breakfast menu is immediately being thrown away as soon as breakfast hours end. Again, I could not care less about missing a biscuit. Things happen. The issue is the absolutely horrible customer service. We had just gotten off a flight, were simply trying to grab breakfast, and approached everyone nicely. There was no reason for multiple employees to be that rude and condescending. Chick-fil-A is known for customer service, and this location was the complete opposite of that. Four employees, multiple interactions, and not one person could simply be kind or helpful. If you work in customer service, you should be able to communicate with customers respectfully, even when you can’t accommodate their request. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not the Chick-fil-A standard I expected. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and customer service at this location.
