- DSDan S5 days ago1.0Absolutely disgusting experience at Chick-fil-A. The employee handling my order had a cut/injured finger and was still touching my food, drinks, and bag with bare hands without wearing gloves. How is this even allowed at a place that serves food to people every single day? Basic hygiene should not be optional. It completely killed my appetite and made me question how badly this location is managed if employees think this is acceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about sanitation issues when ordering a simple meal. Whoever is running this place clearly doesn’t care enough to enforce proper food safety standards. Train your workers better because this is nasty and unprofessional.

I immediately called back and was told I would only receive a reward for that item only and to return to this location. Is hair in food a health code violation? My order a month ago from this location was cold and salty. The entire order is in tbe trash. Who wants to eat anything that may have come in contact with hair from someone's head or body!
