- BWBlake W2 days ago3.0I live near here and get cava about once every two months. Probably every third or fourth time I go they are out of a lot of very basic items and sauces. If you can, try the one on H street. They seem to do a better job

- CCcris5 days ago5.0Cristian at Cava made the whole visit. He greeted us right away, walked us through the line without rushing anyone, and actually remembered what we liked from the last time. Portions were generous, the bowls were built cleanly, and he double-checked the spice level before it went on. Friendly without being over the top, fast without cutting corners. If he’s on the line, that’s the Cava I’d go back to.
- EFElizabeth FloydSep 20, 20261.0Do not recommend ordering ahead: arrived at 6:30pm off the train with my starving preschooler to find not only that our order wasn’t ready and they didn’t have many of the ingredients on hand to fill it, but also that they were out of so many other options we couldn’t find any substitute she could eat. Proteins there were all looked greasy or burned. And they couldn’t even refund my order, but said I could go online. Staff were all very friendly and apologetic but… a business shouldn’t be taking online orders if it can’t keep its available inventory up to date.
