  I walked into the restaurant and part of the decoration looked as if the line had been closed. So I approached Velmin, Melvin the manager on duty at the CAVA @ Union Station at 6:50PM and politely asked if they were closed and he said yes. I began to do work across at another restaurant and noticed that he then proceeded to let more people in line. His poor communication and inability to resolve situations or plainly have human interaction made a scene out of something minuscule. I am not pleased with the leadership or demeanor of the MOD.

  I love cava. This location is iffy. I stop in on my way through Union station and it’s a question if I get the utensils I requested or the correct sauce if any. The food is great but this location could use some work.

  Tasty food, awesome staff. Quick, fresh, flavorful. Absolutely SMASHED my Greek Salad bowl (thank you Christian!) during a layover. Highly recommend, especially compared to the Chipotle and Shake Shack in the same food court, because that stuff you can get anywhere.

  Will and the entire team were absolutely wonderful. They smoothly accommodated my group of 17 people and made our afternoon meal a truly enjoyable experience. There were no hiccups, errors, or issues from start to finish. The food and overall dining experience were fabulous. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. The entire team deserves a generous raise and recognition for their tremendous work. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our visit such a success.

  Stopping by CAVA was our last stop on our family vacation in Washington, DC, and it couldn't have been a better experience! The staff treated us with such incredible warmth and hospitality, even surprising us with a lovely complimentary treat. We had such an engaging, delightful conversation with the team. (Twany is awesome ambassador)—they truly made us feel so welcomed and happy. It was my very first time trying CAVA, and the super healthy, insanely delicious bowls completely blew me away. I am officially a fan and will definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our trip end on such a high note!
