  Always excellent service at my local Cava, where the staff is friendly and makes your food to your specifications. They also keep the place clean and I like how Cava still has a great variety of fountain drinks to choose from including iced tea.

  Great food! Serves my diet perfectly. Each staff member is super friendly and has become my personal friend. They know my entry without asking! I come to CAVA almost every weekday for lunch. Highly recommended!

  They were fast and friendly. The team there made me feel welcomed and were very professional throughout the whole interaction and I would recommend coming here to get a bowl. My food is always delicious and the vibe is great.

  I had a very disappointing experience at CAVA that left me feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and discriminated against. I asked an employee for a water cup and was told that there were no water cups available. A manager also stated that the water cups were gone. However, I could clearly see water cups in a dispenser behind the counter. When I pointed this out, I was told that those cups were reserved for kids’ meals. The explanation did not make sense to me, especially since I was simply requesting a cup for water. After being denied multiple times despite seeing cups available, I took a water cup myself. At that point, the employee took a picture of me and stated that she was going to call the police. What should have been a simple customer service interaction escalated unnecessarily. I felt singled out, profiled, and treated differently from how I would expect any customer to be treated. Being denied a water cup despite cups being visibly available, followed by having my picture taken and being threatened with police involvement, made the situation feel discriminatory and racially motivated from my perspective. I cannot speak to the intentions of the employees involved, but the experience left me feeling targeted because of my race. No customer should leave a restaurant feeling humiliated, profiled, or unwelcome over a simple request for a water cup. I have enjoyed CAVA in the past, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management reviews the situation, including any available security footage, and takes appropriate steps to ensure all customers are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
