  La atención al cliente fue muy pésima la chica que nos atendió que se llama melody su servicio fue demasiado horrible nos hizo esperar más de 25 minutos para entregar un pedido creo que tendría que cambiar de personal

  Here we go again just left this place I had a coupon for $20 and they i got 2 bowl 🥣 and they still charge me $12 I should had paid the balance of $5 I gave the lady $20 she was working on the cash register and gave me $5 and some change back i told the other lady she gave me $2 back with the $5 total of $7 and some change they be trying to do orders so fast customer is not up to part its always something in this store the new black guy was doing his best the only black thst work there since I been going for years the girl at the register was telling him what to do I will take my business somewhere else I will never go to cava again to people working the line and the other 3 in the back making food really its its wasn't not busy if I was Spanish or white they will treat me better done with CAVA cooperate need to reach out to me ASAP I will be contacting FOX 5 news real soon

  Cava has the best service of all of the fast casual spots on 14th street! Their food is fresh and delicious, Elmer is always fast and friendly with our order.

  First time going to Cava and this is what $20 will get you - a half bowl of ingredients. The salmon also was extremely fishy and clearly not fresh. Almost inedible.

  I’ve ordered takeout from this location twice, and both times the food was fresh and the portions were generous. Everything was well-prepared and consistent. Looking forward to coming back again!
