  I have been eating at the Foggy Bottom CAVA since the day they first opened, and up until recently I’ve had no complaints. Lately though, the food portions have been very inconsistent. Some days the bowls are filled properly, and other days the portions are noticeably smaller for the same order. I’ve also noticed inconsistency with the first responder discount. One day it’s honored and another day it’s not. If the discount is no longer offered, that’s completely understandable, but it should be communicated and applied consistently to all officers rather than some receiving it and others not. I’m only bringing this up because I genuinely enjoy this location and have been a loyal customer since opening. I just hope there can be more consistency moving forward.
