My second-favorite spot in all of Georgetown after the Ritz. I don’t know if I prefer the bar area or the dining area better. Both are great. There is stuff you can get at the bar area that you might not get at the dining area. Nevertheless, my second-favorite spot in all of Georgetown after the Ritz. The burgers on their bar menu are fantastic. Of course, their Wagyu on their main menu is quite luxurious. But I would say that it’s definitely worth it on occasion.

I’m just really tired of being tricked into buying a lobster I’m thinking would be more than what it is.
I was charged 128 bucks for a whole lobster, and it was underwhelmingly small. While it was delicious, I would have much rather paid 139 for the lobster pot pie. Someone’s picture online showed like it was much more food for the price.
I’m surprised there’s not one place in DC with a decent large lobster tail on their menu except for the palm. I feel like this little thing was a huge waste of money.
However, that being said, it was extremely delicious and cooked perfectly over an open wood burning flame, how it should be.
I told the server I want a huge lobster that will fill me up. I specifically stated that I hate small lobsters. Knowing what I wanted, she allowed me to order this anyway. The picture I painted in my servers head, should have known I would not be satisfied with that portion.

Our visit to Bourbon Steak to commemorate our 26th wedding anniversary was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we crossed the threshold, the staff curated an experience that felt both deeply personal and impeccably professional. We were greeted with a warmth that set the tone for the entire evening; discovering our table had been specially labeled for our milestone was a 'precise' touch of class that did not go unnoticed.
The ambiance of the restaurant is undeniably inviting, striking a balance between modern elegance and a spirited, energetic pulse. While the acoustic vitality of the room was a bit more 'vibrant' than we initially anticipated, it ultimately contributed to a celebratory atmosphere that felt alive and welcoming.
The service was, in a word, phenomenal. The attentive nature of the staff ensured our glasses were never empty—starting with a gracious pour of complimentary wine—and our needs were anticipated with expert timing.
As for the culinary offerings, they were the 'cornerstone' of the night. We began with the Maryland crab cakes, which were an absolute revelation—succulent, perfectly seasoned, and a true testament to regional excellence. The entrees further elevated the evening; both the ribeye and the lamb chops were executed with masterful precision, seared to perfection, and brimming with robust flavor.
In an era where true hospitality can be rare, Bourbon Steak delivers a world-class experience that justifies every dollar of the investment. We left with our hearts full and our palates thoroughly satisfied. Thank you for making our 26th anniversary a landmark memory in our family’s legacy!"

We were visiting DC and had an amazing dinner here at Bourbon Steak. The service was outstanding, our server brought out fries, bread, and salad which we were not expecting at all. My wife had the lobster pot pie and I had the delmonico. Steak were cooked perfectly with perfect seasoning. The best steak I've had in 2026 and I'm a steak lover. The lobster pot pie was delicious and the table side serving was a show. Highly recommended if you're looking for a special occasion steakhouse.

Tucked inside the elegant Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, Bourbon Steak delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The filet was cooked to perfection, beautifully tender and full of flavor. The truffle mac and cheese was rich and indulgent, while the roasted carrots and Brussels sprouts balanced the meal perfectly with incredible depth and seasoning. We also had the trio of fries a cocktail shrimp.
A special thank you to Leanna for her expertise, attentiveness, and warm hospitality throughout the evening. Her recommendations and attention to detail elevated an already exquisite experience. From the ambiance to the service to every plate that touched the table, the evening was nothing short of memorable. We will absolutely be returning.
