And, what we thought was just a scoop of ice cream, turned into a great experience. He was very nice at serving us. Gave us information on the products and included added value that has turned us into repeat customers going forward while on vacation in D.C. In our opinion, He definitely deserves to be promoted, within his position at B&Js. Sincerely happy customers.

We are very indecisive people so making a decision on which flavors we wanted would stress most people….instead she did not rush us to decide, she encouraged us to try some samples. Then offered up the fresh waffle bowls because they were soft and easier for our small kids to eat. Thank you for this and if I’ve misspelled your name, I’m sorry. ☺️

I'm from the UK and may be things are done differently here but I asked for a single scoop in a small cone and the guy said we only do double scoop...he gave me large cones and double scoop. Expecting to pay 50 to 60 dollars, I ended up paying 100 dollars! Felt so cheated! Never going back again. The ice cream tasted different and I felt just because it was busy and my accent was different the guy got away with it. Wish I just gave it back. Annoyed . He should have listened carefully to the order or atleaat asked what size each scoopshould be. Never going back a d warning family!

A decent no frills chain Ice cream spot where if you are in line I can guarantee you will get attitude instead of friendly service. My waffle bowl was stale and peeled like a rubber tree and our 1st order was half missed because the lady was in too much of a hurry.
