Shanti provided the best customer service! My son has a severe nut allergy, and she went above and beyond to make sure his order was safe. She carefully cleaned the blender and took every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Her kindness, pleasant attitude, and genuine willingness to help were so appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who takes food allergies this seriously and treats customers with such care and compassion. Thank you, Shanti, for making our experience safe and enjoyable. We truly appreciate you and give you five stars!

Extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this location, I went in with my nephew to get some ice cream. We were the only customers in the building and were made to feel like we were bothering the employee with our patronage. After handing me something that wasn't what I ordered I was told by the customer service employee that WAS what I ordered. It's supposed to be fun to have ice cream, ultimately we took the overflowing cups that were leaking all over us back and had to leave this review. I wanted single scoops, happy to pay the price for a small but was told I had to have two scoops in a cup that was too small and couldn't hold the ice cream. It was a miserable experience and I expected more from a well established company.

I've been to multiple ben and Jerry's and they were all delicious, this one was the best. The cookie and cookie milkshake was delicious. Shantee got my order right when I entered the restaurant. I recommend.
