  This was the first time I visited this store, and I had an incredibly friendly experience. The staff member, Shantee, went above and beyond to help my family choose the most delicious ice cream! Her enthusiasm made the experience so much fun, and we couldn't wait to dig into our scrumptious selections!

  We were walking by and couldn’t help but stop in due to the smell of fresh waffle cones being made. Aaron was very welcoming and let us take our time to make our selection. He answered our questions and even offered us to sample flavors if we wanted to. We both left happy with both a great experience and delicious ice cream. Aaron deserves a raise. To receive such great service is rare these days and it was much appreciated with the rough day we were having. Thanks Aaron!

  Ice cream is always good, staff have horrible manners tho some things you just don’t say out loud. A very rude comment was made to me about scarring that I have on my chest! Which ruined our trip there absolutely would not return for that reason!

  Extremely upsetting experience last night after a sold out concert. The doors were open when we got there (close to 11 pm) so we got in line. The workers were unbelievably rude and nasty to me and the other customers. There is a huge difference between trying to move people along and yelling at them, and there was nothing but yelling coming from the staff. Of the 2 people scooping I got the more vocal one (who’s name I didn’t catch). She screamed at me to move forward faster, and then told the people in line behind me that ‘I can handle two at once lets go,’ having them step up behind me. When I finally said my order, asking for a waffle cone, she was extremely short and barked at me “which one??.” So I told her plain and she said to move down. After she took the other orders she quickly and skimpily scooped my ice cream handing it to me and ringing it up without saying a word. I turned to leave and realized we had been locked inside, with a significantly nicer person unlocking the door quickly to shove everyone out. I work in food service and give LOTS of grace to food service employees, and I understand that it was a very late night for them, but the disrespectful and hateful attitude that we were being shown was unacceptable. I will not continue to be a customer at this Ben and Jerrys as I never want to subject myself to that again. I suggest everyone reading this should be prepared to be screamed at by the workers if you make the mistake of trying to buy something from an open businesses. I am incredibly disappointed.

  If I could put 0 stars in customer service, I would. I went there with my family today for the free ice cream promotion for the dogs race event. When I was about to ask for the cupons I got a Hispanic girl with black hair in braids, she was very short and maybe a little tan, she also had eyelashes. I really feel like her service ruined the experience. She was very rude, we literally just asked for the free ice cream cupons and she was looking at us like she was annoyed, her service was really bad, doesn't even deserve 1 star.
