  The team was backed up only worried about the drive thru and customers who were inside ordering we're pissed McDonald's ya need to do better ever since ya got less people up front dealing with customers because of the touch screen ya seem to not wanna help by the way the manager was back there seeing this going on and did not come help he definitely needs to go this all happen on Saturday may the 16th 2026 afternoon shift

  I’m giving the service 3 stars because there is an employee that provides me with the best service. My last straw is today I order led a $5 meal and the burger is old , this burger has been sitting out all day. I do not come to mc Donald’s to waste money in this economy. That’s gross and a waste of my hard earned money. Do better.

  This McDonald’s is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The fries were cold, and the Filet-O-Fish sandwich was ridiculous—it literally had just a tiny corner piece of cheese on it. When I opened it up, that’s exactly what it was… barely anything there. The customer service was just as bad. The attitude was poor, and the overall experience felt like they didn’t care at all. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, even though I had already placed my order through the mobile app. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Between the long wait, cold food, and terrible service, I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. Follow your gut go home and cook 😀

  Genuinely some of the worst services I’ve ever had at any fast food place I’ve ever been to The employees don’t do anything and loiter around. I sat watching my finished order for like 10 minutes asking for it and no one thought to grab it despite it already being done I just kept being told “my order was being prepared” and I could see the finished bag on the counter
