This Dunkin’ needs to do better. I order through the app often, and there always seems to be an issue. They’ll be out of the bagel I ordered, out of the milk option I selected, or something else on the order isn’t available once I get there. That defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.
Today I ordered an everything bagel sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon, plus a coffee with protein milk, sugar-free vanilla, vanilla shots, and stevia. They were out of the protein milk and out of the bagels, so I settled for an English muffin. That part I could deal with. But the coffee I received was clearly made wrong and tasted extremely sweet, which is the opposite of what I asked for.
On top of that, the hash browns from this location are consistently bad, and the service at pickup is disorganized. Every time I come here, staff seem confused about whose mobile order is whose, and it takes way longer than it should.
I understand places run out of items, but this location has too many repeated issues with accuracy, quality, and service. They need to improve inventory management and pay better attention to mobile orders.
