  Terrible customer service and very unclean. 05/18/2026 at about 4:30pm #1 The soap dispenser was broken in the women’s restroom and it had a sign saying “soap dispenser is broken. Please ask to wash hands behind the counter.” #2 I came out of the bathroom to ask the fat man behind the counter. “Can I wash my hands, there is a sign saying to wash hands behind the counter” and he said “you’re coming from the women’s restroom?” And for me to “hold on” sliding his big feet across the floor, dragging trash around. I don’t know why he would ask me am I coming from the women’s restroom when I am clearly a woman. He then sends another employee with a soap dispenser to change the soap and he was unable to due to it being broken. It was only then was I allowed to wash my hands behind the counter. #3 it was filthy behind the counter, full of plastic and wrappers, and all types of stuff scattered all over the floor. #4 I was still willing to order something… an employee came to the front and asked me “am I ordering here?” & I said “yes”. (in my mind I’m thinking why do you need to ask me that question if I’m standing here at the register, why not just ask me how can I help you or what can I get you?) however after I responded, “yes” I was then told to hold on again, and the employee walked away to the back. #5 customers that come inside the restaurant have priority over the drive-through (I know because I’ve worked in fast food restaurants for many years before graduating to become a class A CDL driver and entrepreneur.) Very Poor customer service and sanitation here. I just walked out because I was not going to accept that. I have not ordered from Taco Bell in years and I don’t know what made me come to this location today, but this is all the more reason why I will never eat at Taco Bell again. I don’t want anyone preparing my food that cannot keep themselves clean or their work environment and have a nasty attitude. I rebuke this location in the mighty name of Yahusha Hamashiach.

  Slow as heck for door dash and Uber Eats orders when it’s not even that busy drive thru was 1-2 cars. Waiting over 15 min in lobby

  The longest I have had to wait at this Taco Bell was almost 30 minutes. The service is terrible and the wait times are worse.

  Went in tonight with my husband to pick up our mobile order to which I stood at the counter and said excuse me before they acknowledged me..They gave me our order but they forgot my cinnamon twist so I go back in ( never left the parking lot) showed the young lady the slip and told her that my twist wernt their and she went and them she tossed them on the counter w an attitude like it bounced at me to which made me feel like she threw it at me and told me to leave thats how I feel it was an aggressive toss like here's your food leave this is very rude to make the customer feel like this....we got our food around 9 pm on sunday..Our food was sloppily made and just put in bag when I ordered a box and I saw plenty of boxes..

  Asked about the voice on the speaker, found out it was an employee who doesn't even work there anymore, I hope they are giving that person some royalties, kinda disrespectful to use him when he doesn't even work there anymore
