  Ive been to this location a few times before and its been pretty good, this time left a sourt taste. The young lady behind counter glanced up when we walked in and took about 5 minutes after walking in to acknowledge us after that while clearly waiting to order even though we were the only ones there.Jerk pork was extremely dry and tough, asked for medium jerk pork,rice, beans, cabbage, and light on the jerk sauce. The jerk sauce was never added, asked if they could add a little more to give them benefit of the doubt, the same young lady added so much that there was a layer of it up to about the top of the container. If its between going to this jamacian kitchen or the ones in Bristol or Vernon, id skip this one.

  OMG the service & food are soooooo good, my husband wants me to go back again tomorrow! We had another couple over & we made combination plates AND still have plenty of leftovers! 1) Zesty steak, onions, peppers, cabbage & rice. Great combination AND the meat was tasty & tender! 2) Jerk chicken dinner (with cabbage & rice) & jerk chicken by the pound. Huge pieces AND packed with flavor! 3) White fish sandwich on a huge soft (Co Co) roll. Melt in your mouth. Perfect batter & NO bones! The dinners were done early and the man & woman working tonight were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back. Maybe not tomorrow because I don't want to waste the leftovers. But definitely soon. Highly recommend you check them out. 😀 Ps. Sorry no pics of steak & fish. They were eaten before I could take pictures. LOL

  Left 20% tip on a pickup order and the employee came out from the kitchen like it was a chore to hand me my order. No hi/hello, no greeting at all. Just a look on his face that I probably shouldn't be in his establishment ordering food. Food was on point why I gave the place a 5 star. Good food far out weights poor service for a pickup order.

  My family and I visited Windsor Locks last year and I have been dreaming of the jerk chicken sandwich for a year! We finally went back and the kindest woman greeted us. She seemed to be taking orders and cooking the food all by herself. It was so busy for a Monday night and she was doing everything and with a smile on her face! We got a variety of food to try: fried chicken, rice with oxtail gravy, jerk pork, jerk chicken sandwich, jerk Mac and cheese, and beef patties. 10s across the board! Already looking forward to our annual April visit next year!

  I went there earlier today around 830 I couldn’t decide what to get to me and my boyfriend asked the girl with red hair what I should get and with out hesitation stops what she was doing to explain almost everything on the menu she said she was new but knew so much was so helpful and kind we got there amazing fried chicken stew chicken and patties that were amazing there sit down area is so small cute and clean the food was delicious fresh and flavorful
