- OHOlivia HyeAug 7, 20262.0This place sucks I always put my order in advance maybe 12-16 minutes because it’s close to my job just to have to go inside and see my stuff isn’t ready , the staff is always rude even if your not doing anything for them to be acting like that with you and they see the labels for drinks and just ignore them I’ve also noticed theirs always one employee mixing up the inside orders and mobile orders to the drive thru side…

When given the iced coffee, I advised the person that I had asked for extra almond milk and it didn’t look like there way any. He proceeds to check with the dude that made it; they said they did put extra almond milk. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, you be the judge. Took one sip and knew there was zero drops of almond milk (no milk product whatsoever) and also no Splenda. One thing to make a mistake, but then to double down and claim that you did put extra almond milk is idiocy compounded on top of incompetence. (It was not busy whatsoever). Photo attached. Be the judge yourself.

The employees seemed unsure as to what I was talking about , as if they never heard of Dunkin' Donuts, offering a free donut whenever their customers take a survey (how do you work for a company and not know about customer information provided on the receipt you give to customers?) After explaining it, they asked me what donut I wanted. I asked for a French cruller and I still didn't get my free donut. In addition to it always being a long line there, I'm probably going to consider another Dunkin Donuts. But the staff was nice
