  Worst dunking in the world the wait was ridiculous yesterday I waited sixteen minutes to get my coffee then today? I was standing at the counter. I noticed the lady was taking someone at the drive through. So I walked away, went and purchased something at mobile. The gas station that's connected to your store. Then, I went back to the counter. She looked at me, came over and said, can I help you? Are you getting something? I said, yes, then she says, well you're going to have to wait, it's gonna be a while.smh ppl these days

  This is hands down one of the worst Dunkin locations I have gone to in a while. They frequently get my orders wrong, and are rarely polite. Today is likely the last day that I will be spending any money at this one. Today while trying to order, the older man trying to take my order was rude repeatedly cutting me off, and didn't know the menu. Made worse was I was when trying to get donuts for my children I was never asked which ones I wanted, and when I questioned why I didn't get to pick I was given a "Well FINE what do you want". Well what I want is for people to not be rude, get my order right, and not take out their frustrations on me for the gall of spending money in your location.

  Some of the staff come across as lazy and even discriminatory. They don’t apologize for mistakes and act like you’re the problem. I usually use the drive-thru, so I don’t check everything because I don’t want to hold up the line but when I get home, items are often missing or wrong. Last time I ordered 10 assorted munchkins and got two of the ones I dislike most. Even my favorite iced coffee always tastes bitter, like it’s not fresh, even when I ask. I’m not asking for a favor—I’m paying for my order, so I expect it to be done right

  (4/5/2026) Since When Does Your Lobby Close At 8:00 On A Sunday? I Was At The Drive-Thru Windsor For 5 Minutes, And I Had To Initiate My Order. The Girl In The Establishment Behaved As She Did Not Want To Take My Order. So I Did Not Order, And Left!

  They are the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. It shouldn’t take 10minutes for my food especially if they just throw it in the oven. People have jobs and work to be on time for.. dissatisfied
