I noticed the lady was taking someone at the drive through. So I walked away, went and purchased something at mobile. The gas station that's connected to your store. Then, I went back to the counter. She looked at me, came over and said, can I help you? Are you getting something? I said, yes, then she says, well you're going to have to wait, it's gonna be a while.smh ppl these days

Today is likely the last day that I will be spending any money at this one. Today while trying to order, the older man trying to take my order was rude repeatedly cutting me off, and didn't know the menu. Made worse was I was when trying to get donuts for my children I was never asked which ones I wanted, and when I questioned why I didn't get to pick I was given a "Well FINE what do you want". Well what I want is for people to not be rude, get my order right, and not take out their frustrations on me for the gall of spending money in your location.

I usually use the drive-thru, so I don’t check everything because I don’t want to hold up the line but when I get home, items are often missing or wrong. Last time I ordered 10 assorted munchkins and got two of the ones I dislike most. Even my favorite iced coffee always tastes bitter, like it’s not fresh, even when I ask. I’m not asking for a favor—I’m paying for my order, so I expect it to be done right
