- MMMercedez MunozMar 31, 20261.0The place is dirty, and the smell is awful. I was in TJX and love the soup from Outback. I called to order the soup since I was 700 feet away from the place. I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. While on the line, I walked from TJX to the restaurant. I found the host, an elderly lady, and explained that I had called to place an order and was put on hold. She proceeded to call the person taking orders. Meanwhile, she was talking to another lady about hair products and proudly calling herself lazy, which she absolutely is! Now I have more than 2 million people looking at my post. I am openly honest, and the place isn't worth the effort and money. It's dirty, filthy, and has bad customer service. After 20 minutes of waiting, she had the gall to ask if I was still waiting for a potato soup. I canceled the order. I hope the health department takes a look at this place. Sorry, but not sorry. We pay for good service and a clean environment; the food is pricey enough to come amd eat in a filthy place..
