  I prize Chipotle. For me, it's the best in the fast casual food category. The tough part for me is eating there. I don't know if they are understaffed or just super busy but the tables are often littered with bits of food from previous customers. I think the management needs to address this, because it sure makes me wonder if they are letting this go, what are the standards like in the kitchen? Restaurant cleanliness is an ethos. In a restaurant you got to pay attention to all the details, especially those that the customer sees. 10/10 Update: my son and I have been back to this Chipotle three times since my initial review. Each time now we have seen a staff member who appears to have been assigned to clean the restaurant eating area and the improvement shows! Thank you Chipotle for hearing the concern and taking action!

  I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by my experience at the Chipotle Wilton/Norwalk location today. Your employees need to be much more careful when handling online orders, especially Uber Eats orders. My order was already PAID for, yet someone else was able to take it. How does that even happen? It is not the customer’s fault when someone else takes a paid order. There should be a proper system in place to verify that the person picking up the order is actually authorized to receive it. Employees should be paying attention to the pickup area and making sure orders are being given to the correct customer or driver. What makes this even worse is that the receipt attached to the order contained personal information, including account and order information. Having personal information exposed or accessible to other people is a serious privacy concern. Customers should not have to worry about their information being displayed or attached to an order where unauthorized people can see it. I paid for my food, waited for my order, and then had to waste my time dealing with a problem that was completely outside of my control. This is a waste of food, money, time and resources, and it could have been prevented with better procedures and employee attention. Management seriously needs to review what happened at this location today and address how online and Uber Eats orders are being handled. There needs to be better accountability, better monitoring and better protection of customer information. This was completely unacceptable and one of the most frustrating experiences I have had as a customer. Chipotle needs to do better!

  If you take a look at the picture… you wouldn’t believe which one had extra steak extra chicken vs half chicken half steak. Chipotle be more consistent. Me and my friend both ordered individual orders. Let’s try to make the extra rice extra protein burritos bigger than the regular sized portion of everything.
