- JJJenniferMay 4, 20261.0I’ve ordered from this Chipotle location multiple times for both pickup and delivery, and unfortunately today was my third issue—and the final straw. I ordered a burrito bowl with double portions (chicken, rice, cheese, and pinto beans), which I paid extra for, and didn’t receive the correct portions at all. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, but I let the previous issues go because I understand mistakes happen—I’ve worked in customer service myself. This time, though, I called the restaurant to request a refund since it’s become a repeated problem. Instead of helping, they directed me to “Pepper” online support, which only said they would “submit a response.” That doesn’t address the fact that I paid for something I didn’t get. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. Poor quality control and no real accountability when something goes wrong. I won’t be returning to this location—avoid if you expect to get what you paid
