Almost every time we come to pick up an order, we are told that someone else has already taken it, but nobody knows who took it. This happened again today. What was especially disappointing was the way the staff responded — they laughed and told us they had no idea who took the order. This kind of attitude is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. It is very concerning that this problem happens so often at this particular restaurant, and that they never seem to investigate or care about who is taking the orders. Drivers spend their time, fuel, and effort coming here to work, and being treated with disrespect is extremely frustrating. I hope the restaurant takes this issue seriously and improves the way they handle Uber Eats orders and communicate with delivery drivers.

I went to the restroom for just a moment, came back, and suddenly they told me someone else had taken the order. This is unbelievable. How can an order disappear within minutes? This isn’t the first time either—it happens over and over at this location. As an Uber driver, I waste my time, gas, and money because of their lack of order security and poor management. There is clearly a serious problem with how delivery orders are handled. Either anyone can walk in and take orders without verification, or the staff is not paying attention. Whatever the reason, this is completely unacceptable. Management needs to fix this immediately because drivers and customers should not have to suffer due to this store’s repeated failures.😡😡😡😡😡
