- HSh singhMay 25, 20261.0I am writing this review with a lot of honesty. I have come to this restaurant many times, and here, the service is just super, super rude. They have no idea how to communicate with a customer, to treat them respectfully. They have no interest in anything. They impose their personal problems onto the customer. And this restaurant, I have come many times; not once, but every single time, I get this rude service. Today, I visited again, so I didn’t know that this restaurant was not under TA management So, I had the UltraOnePoint credit coupon, and I tried to use it, and they spoke in such a super rude way. Okay, if you don’t accept it, you can calmly tell the customer, “Okay, we do not accept this because this restaurant is not under TA.” But they spoke in this super rude manner, as if they had no idea what customer service is. When I went to place my order there were at least 8 to 10 people in line at the front. I also waited; I waited about 10 to 15 minutes. The service was super slow; it took me 10 to 15 minutes just to be in line. But when I placed my order, the person who served me spoke to me in a rude manner. They should also know that the customer has wasted their time; 10 minutes, standing in line. They can also be rude, since your service is slow, but no, they spoke rudely to the customer. I spoke very softly; other customers were also standing there, and I felt insulted when they spoke to me in that rude way. And the girl who spoke had ears had gauged . I don’t know her name, but because of her ear gauging, her face looks kind of alien-like. So, I request the management that this girl should first be given some training on how to speak to customers, and then, after that, she should be allowed to speak to customers on the floor, So, one more thing: at that time, I didn’t place my order here; I went to Burger King instead. So, I placed my order with them. Their service was 100 stars service—100 stars! The person who took my order, I also don’t know their name, but they spoke with so much love, so respectfully. The coustmer service difference between Burger King and Dunkin’ Donuts was like night and day.
