My last lavatorial experience while lacking finding any bodily fluids on the toilet or floor, did include finding toilet paper on the floor and strange white stains on the stall walls and door. I would have given two stars but I was thoroughly impressed at the industrial high grade steel waste bin.

I showed her my reminder email and she then proceeded to show me an empty folder. I asked if they could make the order right then and she just stared at up. At that point, I walked away. I called Big Y and they were able to fulfill my order in less than 2 hours! Big Y will now always have my service.

I’ve been doing online pickup for a few years because of my immunity issues. This is the second time I’ve had to wait for someone to bring out my order. They use to be out on 5-10 minutes. A month ago it took over 40 minutes to bring my order out. I stopped shopping here and decided to go back today. I waited for 35 minutes today. Someone on the side of us pulled in (25 minutes later) and an order was brought out to us but it was really for them. I called again after 30 minutes and finally it was brought out. Apparently they don’t have a manager for Online Pickup because they relocated the person. I complained to the Customer Service Manager. She was going to go check out he problem because orders are supposed to be brought out in 5 minutes!
