Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost. Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

Great staff, they did a tremendous job trying to keep up with all the BOGO orders on Nat'l Cheeseburger Day AND patiently and politely dealt with disgruntled costumers. Stopped in a few days later for the burger I ordered and wasn't able to get that day and they made it for me no problem. Thank you Five Guys

Went on a PACKED Friday night and the whole crew was working as quickly and efficiently as possible. The manager and whole staff acknowledged how slammed they were with orders, updated customers with frequent apologies and communication, and overall was some of the best hospitality I've experienced in fast food. And the order was 100% correct, easy enough to mess up on a busy night. Very impressive!! Way to go!!

This is how this location prepared my burger. They probably thought that because it was an Uber Eats order, they could undercook my burger without any consequences. They also told me I’m not eligible for a refund.

Yesterday, Brandon G was unfriendly and had poor / weak customer service abilities. He said he wouldn't make a 7 patty cheeseburger. Not good for business.

I just went into the new location and Wethersfield was the only customer in the place and I kind of see why nobody was there. It took almost 25 minutes for me to get my 2 burgers and a small fry with4 people working. If the staff and the manager would’ve stopped talking my sandwich, maybe would not have been burnt on top of the wait. Definitely seem like more of a social scene for them with no intention to serve the customers.
