  The individual who took my order gave me attitude when she got my order wrong and then wanted me to pay for her mistake. I didn't trust her not to mess with my coffee so just got a refund. And all of the other worker including the manager just watched her disrespect me and did nothing. I hope corporate reads these and at least investigates.

  You shoul.\nDn't have people working at the register or in drive through if they're miserable and don't wanna work.I just went through the drive through Oxford assorted donuts, and I got the attitude out this world that's ridiculous, a 7:31 in the morning.How are you so upset

  Employees are super slow. They don't care about fast service. an order took 25 min to prepare even though the store wasn't busy.

  This Dunkin Donuts has got to be hands down the BEST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had the privilege of visiting. Not only was the establishment immaculately clean, but the cashier Nai was so kind and sincerely amazing at his job. I can’t even express how impressed I was with the service, I highly recommend every Dunkin Donuts lover to visit this location and experience just how amazing Dunkin Donuts can be!

  had a really frustrating experience at this dunkin. went through the drive-thru as a passenger & tried to place an order, but was told that only the driver could order. when i asked why, the employee gave no explanation. my stepdad, who was driving & didn’t speak english, didn’t want anything, & i was just trying to order for myself & my sister. because of this, i had to go inside just to order a coffee, a refresher, & a breakfast sandwich, which completely defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru. before leaving, i asked again why passengers couldn’t order, & after getting a vague & unhelpful response from an employee, i was told it was a rule made up by the shift manager. i even asked if this was a policy followed by other dunkin locations or just this one, & didn’t get a clear answer. the whole situation felt unnecessary & poorly handled. the lack of communication & random “rules” made for a disappointing experience.
