  I am writing to formally complain about my experience at this Chipotle location because the service and overall condition of this restaurant have become unacceptable. First, the customer service was terrible. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and came across as miserable and unwilling to help customers. A bad attitude from staff completely ruins the experience, especially when customers are simply trying to place an order. Second, why is this location constantly out of stock of basic items? It seems like every visit, something is unavailable. Running out of ingredients and essentials so frequently reflects poor management and planning. Third, I do not understand why the restaurant appears to be shutting down at 9 PM when closing time is listed as 11 PM. During my visit, items were already unavailable, and even the ice had been removed from the machine, meaning customers ordering fountain drinks could not even get ice. To make matters worse, vinaigrette is supposed to come with a quesadilla order, yet they were out of it. Instead, I was offered queso, but then told I would have to pay extra for the replacement. If the included item is unavailable due to the restaurant’s lack of preparation, customers should not be charged for an alternative. Overall, the experience was disappointing and honestly disgusting from a customer service and operations standpoint. Whoever owns or manages this franchise needs to step in and turn things around before this location completely loses its reputation. Thank You, Alicia Solano

  Whatever broads were working 05/28 dinner time, need to be immediately terminated. On top of the laziest, most horrific customer service I’ve ever received the establishment is unclean, food supply is extremely low (could be the laziness), and the staff is extremely discombobulated. As someone who’s working in food industry for 11+ years as a serve & manager I would owe so many paying customers so many apologies for the staff that I have provided them with.

  Worst experience ever do not go there at lunch time! They ran out of everything. The staff is just standing around talking. Nobody was making anything it was hard for them to give me anything because they didn't want to run out so I got a very small portion still got charged for the full price! Everything was dry at the bottom of the pan. I had to ask for everything because they wouldn't offer it because they were scared of running out of anything. Very small amount of chicken. One small scoop of guacamole which was the last of whatever they had. I feel bad for the people coming in after me! I almost left the Tray and walked out. This place sucks I'll never go back there again!

  My husband and I went Friday May 22, 2026, to get my favorite chicken bowl to find out at 7pm they were out of some ingredients. However, i saw they were not out of what I wanted where they prepare the online orders. I asked if I could purchase a cup of the corn. I was told no because they must keep the online order station stock as those customers were more like to write a review! Welp. They obviously didn’t not think that I would! They should replenish rather than tell me they don’t think I would leave a review! 🤨😠

  I'm not one to leave Google reviews on places but I can't take it anymore. I've been to a lot of Chipotles around the country, but this one takes the cake bar none as the worst. Been scammed multiple times on mobile orders (i.e. paid for double portions of protein and got one portion, paid for guac and not been given guac, etc), so figured I'd give them a chance in-person on a rainy day. No dice. Worker blatantly ignored some ingredient requests, and the service area was absolutely disgusting - corn spilled in the salsa, cold chicken, lettuce and cheese all over, and the guac looked like it was 12 hours old. Couldn't even get a cup of water to wash down the slop because their water dispenser didn't work also. I'm not going to this location anymore, because clearly whoever is in charge (or lack thereof) simply does not care about their product or their guests. If you're thinking of going here, you're much better off spending the 8 extra minutes and the extra gas to go across Route 3 to the one in Glastonbury. The franchisee of this location should be ashamed.
