  I went it at 6pm to order my bowl and left at 6:45pm. There was 4 people working not enough people for the pick up orders and check out walk ins. Another thing they were running out of everything at 6 pm which is crazy? since they close at 11. Management needs to change here because I have noticed the same has been happening lately.

  Very disappointing experience at Chipotle Wethersfield. The counter was dirty and food was everywhere. After waiting my turn, I was told they were out of rice, beans, and cheese—the main ingredients for my bowl. I walked away without ordering. I had a similar experience about a year ago and hoped things had improved. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I won’t be going back and would not recommend this location.

  Writing this review as I wait on my online order that I placed through Uber Eats 25+ minutes ago that wasn’t even started by the time I got here. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Workers are god awful. Miserable, useless, incapable of doing their one job, making a bowl (arguably one of the easiest jobs ever, the food is in front of you). They never keep stock of anything, are too lazy to cook anything if they run out, and all stand around doing nothing. The food is atrociously mid, never up to the standards of any other chipotle I’ve been too. Had a sign up stating they stop dine in orders at 8pm, but they close at 11pm. Clearly the hiring standard here requires you to be lazy, miserable, and unable to follow basic instructions. Don’t waste your time or energy here. I promise you will be disappointed.

  Atrocious service. Order online, come an hour after, food still not made. They are too busy chit chatting to make food timely. Order steak, get chicken. Order a side protein cup? You get it in a salsa cup. Order double meat? You get 1 extra cube of chicken. Order a meat and they are out? They’ll sub it with something random, not tell u, and charge u. Come after 8pm? Kitchen closed, they don’t make anymore of anything. Laziness. Laziness all around, especially here. New workers every other week, can’t seem to get anyone worth it. They even have a sign “to go orders or online orders only after 8pm”

  The rice was hard and bland. I make better cilantro lime rice at home. The food hurt my stomach and the man preparing the food was miserable. I understand people need jobs to pay bills but he genuinely should quit the service provided was terrible along with the food. I had to throw away the food I spent $20 on. It was such a waste of money to come here and voluntarily get food poisoning.
