I bought balloons from Shop & Shop. The lady in the flower department told me they were $14.99 each, along with 15 regular balloons. While picking them up, I didn’t check the prices carefully, and I ended up paying $99. After we got home, we were busy, so we didn’t notice anything. Two days later, my daughter checked the bill and asked why I had paid almost double the price.
I then went back and very politely asked the lady how much the regular balloons cost. She told me they were much cheaper, and that’s when I realized I had been charged almost double. I was very respectful while asking about it because I honestly didn’t notice the mistake while paying. I would appreciate it if you could please review the bill and help resolve this issue. She refunded $43 but she didn't apologize i said thank you a couple of times to adjust the price. I kind of feel ...............

Why in the past few months have all of the (general store/bakery/produce) managers and employees who made this store go from okay to wonderful been relocated? The level of organization, quality, attention to detail, work environment & cleanliness is declining. Bring them back please!!!

I am writing to report an incident I witnessed at your store on April 21, 2026, in the back area of the store.
While shopping, I observed a woman—who I believe was named Anna—speaking loudly and aggressively to another employee. She identified herself as the employee’s boss and repeatedly demanded that the employee get off her phone, leave the back area, and go to the front of the store. The tone and manner of the interaction appeared unprofessional and was uncomfortable to witness as a customer.
I believe this type of behavior reflects poorly on the store environment, especially when it occurs in front of customers. I would encourage Store Manager Rob M to look into this situation to ensure that all employees are treated respectfully and that management interactions remain professional at all times.
