  Had to leave a review because the team at CAVA consistently delivers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Sadie, Kamari, and Walter are absolutely incredible — friendly, welcoming, attentive, and they genuinely make every visit feel like a great experience from the second you walk in. The energy at this location is unmatched and the food quality is always top tier. Huge shoutout as well to Ian, John, and Delaney for always going above and beyond. This is hands down the best CAVA location in Connecticut because of the people working there. You can tell the team truly cares about the customers, the atmosphere, and the quality of everything they put out. I find myself coming back multiple times a week because the experience is just that good. Great food is one thing, but great people are what make a place special — and this team absolutely does that. If you’re debating trying this location, go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

  First time coming here, was the best experience I’ve ever had! Staff was extremely nice and patient. They went above and beyond here, would recommend this spot to others! Food was good and place looked very clean. The staff working on May 16th around noon deserve a raise with how nice and hardworking they were!!

  If I could rare this 0 stars I could. Every time I come in this store and order ahead I am waiting an extra 10-15 minutes and my order is not right. I ordered 2 bowls and both were completely messed up. I called the store the request a refund since I can’t do it on the app and the manager answers the phone and asks “what do you want me to do about that, why are you calling?” I don’t write reviews ever but this is the worst managed store I’ve been too with terrible customer service.

  Just recently visited CAVA for the first time with my son after he kept raving about it and telling me how he eats there before his games. I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in, but the experience was excellent from the start...we were greeted by Sadye, who immediately made us feel welcome and took the time to walk me through the menu, explain the different options, and make recommendations without making it feel rushed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were plenty of option to customize everything exactly how you want it. The entire staff was friendly. Definitely see why my boy (who is a picky eater himself) likes the food here before games. Healthy food...solid portions, and a much better "alternative". Will absolutely be back.

  I went after work and didn’t even realize they were about to close, but the associates were so nice and still took my order. The CAVA Westport is honestly one of the best CAVA locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is always kind, the food is consistently on point, and the environment is just really nice. Love it there!!!
