Unfortunately, every time I order a latte from this particular location, it tastes more like a milkshake than a coffee. I decided to give them one last try today and specifically asked for less ice. Instead of giving me a normal latte with less ice, I received a 50 ice with milkshake.

And on top of all of that they messed up my drinks when i asked for a matcha they gave me 2 lattes. Yeah wasnt happy. will not be coming back here again.

I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but my recent experience was very disappointing. A couple days ago I ordered a coffee in the morning and politely asked for no ice because I had a cold, yet the employee at the front gave me only half a cup as a result. On top of that, the overall customer service has become careless and unfriendly lately. It really feels like customers are no longer valued the way they used to be. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and works on improving both service and professionalism.
