- CDc Daley4 days ago1.0I’ve been going to this dunkin for a while now and nothing but disappointment and dissatisfaction with this place. for example, this morning i decided to go get dunkin and instead of a normal bacon egg and cheese croissant i get a dark long strand of hair on the egg. And on top of all of that they messed up my drinks when i asked for a matcha they gave me 2 lattes. Yeah wasnt happy. will not be coming back here again.

I work at TFT down the street and i am baffled at this service... rude as hell lmao. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but my recent experience was very disappointing. A couple days ago I ordered a coffee in the morning and politely asked for no ice because I had a cold, yet the employee at the front gave me only half a cup as a result. On top of that, the overall customer service has become careless and unfriendly lately. It really feels like customers are no longer valued the way they used to be. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and works on improving both service and professionalism.

But for the past couple of months, every time I order a latte, the cups have been barely filled — sometimes only a little over half full, including today. I normally don’t like to complain, but as a loyal customer, it’s frustrating to keep paying full price and not receive a full cup. There are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations I could go to, and I really hope this location improves because this kind of service will eventually drive loyal customers away.
