- NNN NMar 14, 20261.0I asked for a medium iced refresher with less ice and they gave me a cup that had a good inch of empty space at the top. When I asked them why it was empty they said it was because it is less ice and offered to add more of the flavoring. When he came back however, he’d just added more ice. So much that it was fully from the top of the cup to the bottom. Mind you I wanted less ice. I poured it into my 24 oz water bottle without the ice and it only filled it up about half way. A medium iced drink is supposed to have 24 oz of liquid. Why am I paying for 24 oz only to get half of that. This never happens at the Dunkin I normally go to. I will NOT be coming back.
