- LMLeslie MordarskiAug 18, 20261.020 people in the self check out, another 10+ in the two lanes with cashiers. packed store, no staff to support check out. whoever is planning staffing needs to fix things and stop putting the load on one or two cashiers. 730 pm on a tuesday evening for this example, but this is the norm here. staff are great, store is stocked, but it takes twice as long to checkout as it does to shop.

Rotted outdated food, late delivered from the trunk of a hot vehicle straight onto the hot asphalt street on a 90° day after the trash truck came by! The call center is ridiculous if you need to call about a complaint good luck!

I have had multiple orders where I have received the wrong item even though I always request no substitutions. Half the time it wasn’t that the item I requested was not in fact on the shelf it turned out each time the person/employee who picked my order chose the wrong item. The last time it happened was very frustrating and even after I tried to remedy the situation and called the number to speak to corporate I was told I would get a credit. Well that never came either. People can criticize Walmart all they want but whenever I have placed an online order with them they never got it wrong. Do better Stop & Shop. Half these people picking these orders look like they’re still in high school. Maybe that’s the problem. They’re too busy glued to their cell phones and not paying attention.
