I’m a regular here and come in with my service dog, so I wanted to share my experience after seeing a recent review. The staff has always been respectful, professional, and accommodating to me and my service dog. I’ve never experienced any discrimination here. My service dog is task-trained, stays calm, keeps all four paws on the ground, and lays quietly under the table—exactly what’s expected of a service animal in a restaurant. I also want to gently clarify something that can be confusing: emotional support animals and service animals are not the same under the Americans with disability Act. Emotional Support Animals do not have public access rights to restaurants. If documentation identifies an animal as an Emotional Support Animal, it is not considered a service animal and is not permitted in food establishments or non-pet-friendly spaces. From my experience, they’ve always handled everything appropriately, and I appreciate that they create a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. I’ll definitely continue to support them. Nunca he experimentado ningún tipo de discriminación aquí.

I wish to share the attached picture, which has been carefully prepared. The individual responsible for seating my family explicitly stated that the owner had instructed them not to permit service dogs, even with proper documentation. The reason provided was a previous customer complaint and non-payment due to the presence of another patron's service animal, not ours. It is plausible that the customer in question may have lacked the funds to pay initially. He asserts compliance with the law, which, based on my experience, appears to be inaccurate.

This restaurant should be investigated for discrimination. I visited with my small service dog (under 15 pounds) and provided valid documentation, yet the staff refused service. It appeared that the owner has a personal dislike of animals, which led to this unacceptable treatment. Denying access to someone with a legitimate service animal is not only unfair but may also violate applicable laws protecting individuals with disabilities.

Absolutely terrible service. Waiter was entirely rude the entire meal. The bill was incredibly high and upon receiving the receipt it was not itemized and I also felt that the price was a lot higher than expected. Upon request of an itemized receipt there was added food we had not ordered and he gave himself a self gratuity fee of 18% with no warning of implied gratuity. Also without noticed of implemented gratuity tried to get me to tip even more on top before my itemized bill was received. There was need to ask the waiter multiple times for even just a glass of water. As well as him having a very rude attitude towards my table party.
