- GGGAug 4, 20261.0The person working the drive thru is great, my issue is the workers who make the food. Monday morning I ordered from the app, went to pick up the food, they were missing items, i ordered an extra plain cream cheese spread on the side, because they NEVER add enough cream cheese, but they gave me a veggie spread. Went inside to get my missing items and switch out the cream cheese, not too big a problem. Went home only to find out the two everything bagels WITH cream cheese didn’t actually have ANY cream cheese on one and only about a teaspoon on the other bagel. Had to drive all the way back because I want what I paid for. I pulled out both bagels and showed the worker(who I’m assuming was the manager) and immediately they began finger pointing another worker and they began bickering back and forth. The manager was like “oh it’s the order you did” and the other worker was saying multiple times that she didn’t do my order. I had to check her and say “yea you did, I literally just came in here 5 minutes ago because you forgot items from my order and you(the manager) said you put the correct cream cheese in my bag but YOU also didn’t” and even as the manager had worker make 2 new bagels WITH cream cheese, she was still denying she’s the one that made it🤦🏻♀️. Ridiculous I’m so sick of this place and I only go to this location cause it’s closer but from know on I’d rather take the longer drive and deal with the frustration these people cause!! Plus not to mention I order ahead of time and do pick up order so them “rushing” the order isn’t the issue
