Went to go inside and doors were locked (but it is late and we assumed inside was going to be locked). That didnt bother us, went to the drive thru and the lady taking our order was barely audible at first. We then said hello and asked what kind of donuts they had because it was late and we didnt know what was stocked. The lady very bluntly said "all of them". Then we asked if she had a certain kind, and she said again we have "all of them". Which already seemed pretty rude. We got to the window and she handed us our bag, we paid, and instead of saying your good to go, or have a nice night, anything that signifies we were good to leave, she closed the window. We were confused so we just left. Food was good but holy the customer service this night was AWFUL.
- GGGAug 4, 20261.0The person working the drive thru is great, my issue is the workers who make the food. Monday morning I ordered from the app, went to pick up the food, they were missing items, i ordered an extra plain cream cheese spread on the side, because they NEVER add enough cream cheese, but they gave me a veggie spread. Went inside to get my missing items and switch out the cream cheese, not too big a problem. Went home only to find out the two everything bagels WITH cream cheese didn’t actually have ANY cream cheese on one and only about a teaspoon on the other bagel. Had to drive all the way back because I want what I paid for. I pulled out both bagels and showed the worker(who I’m assuming was the manager) and immediately they began finger pointing another worker and they began bickering back and forth. The manager was like “oh it’s the order you did” and the other worker was saying multiple times that she didn’t do my order. I had to check her and say “yea you did, I literally just came in here 5 minutes ago because you forgot items from my order and you(the manager) said you put the correct cream cheese in my bag but YOU also didn’t” and even as the manager had worker make 2 new bagels WITH cream cheese, she was still denying she’s the one that made it🤦🏻♀️. Ridiculous I’m so sick of this place and I only go to this location cause it’s closer but from know on I’d rather take the longer drive and deal with the frustration these people cause!! Plus not to mention I order ahead of time and do pick up order so them “rushing” the order isn’t the issue
