We got to the window and the girl at the drive-through. Let us know that we would not be able to redeem our coupon because it needed to be used in the app. I explained to her that some of the items I ordered was not listed in menu option for me to order through the app and that I did not mind if I did not get my points, but I just wanted to be able to use the coupon, seeing as our order was close to $40 for ice cream for a family of four. She denied my request to use the coupon. I believe the owner was standing right next to her and he failed to intervene. This is unacceptable in an economy, where every dollar counts. Especially when Cold stones and Carvel is only a town over.
