The store was disorganized, and simple questions were met with poor attitudes. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this store to others.

The entrees were cold and a meal felt like it was sitting there for a while. The guacamole that I received look like it's been sitting for 2 days. It was a pill olive green color and it was mushy and watery. The chips lacked any flavor to them. They just tasted like oil. I will no longer be ordering any more food from this location until it's under new ownership because this has been a consistent problem throughout the years. If you want decent Chipotle would highly suggest going to the one in Hampden instead. The West Haven location is not it.Run away.
