  This spot? Located near the highway and never has basic items in stock to complete a meal. Last week they had NO cheese and today? No tacos and both times was for my children. Not even me. No real manager on site. GM can’t place a food order properly to keep them stocked. Time for change.

  I hate to be the person who leaves a negative review, but unfortunately, this location was very unkempt. Everything looked messy, the trash was overflowing, the tables were filthy, and there were no napkins or forks readily available. I do want to acknowledge the woman serving the food. She seemed tired but was still very kind and patient, especially while my autistic brother placed his order. It was his first time here, and she took her time with him and made sure he felt comfortable ordering. I genuinely appreciated her kindness and patience. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. One of the other employees was repeatedly using profanity. When I asked him for hot sauce, he asked me what kind I wanted but added an unnecessary curse word to the question, which caught me off guard. He then handed me bottles of hot sauce and asked me to put them out myself. He also handed me a large handful of napkins rather than simply restocking the area. I was honestly taken aback by the entire interaction. I understand that employees can be tired, busy, or short-staffed, but customers should not be expected to restock items, and the excessive profanity was unprofessional. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and customer-service issues at this location, while also recognizing the employee who was patient and considerate with my brother.

  We walked in at 4:30 on a Saturday and were the only customers there. One employee was making a pickup order, the other one playing on his phone. After a minute the phone guy told us his coworker would be right with us. Great, thanks. Cheese and guacamole were completely empty and there were no veggies. The assembly area was dirty as well. There were no forks or napkins whatsoever. The majority of tables were dirty and all of the trash cans were full. The food was as good as ever. The good thing is that we got fresh guac and cheese because the containers needed to be refilled. The guy that served us was very nice and they both apologized for being the only two working. Seriously...it takes very little time to wipe a counter and refill supplies. My apologies in advance for anybody that visits during peak times.

  This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. The store was disorganized, and simple questions were met with poor attitudes. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this store to others.
