I visited Häagen-Dazs at Westfarms Mall today and had a great experience. The store was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was satisfied with my order and provided excellent customer service. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this location!

Very disappointed. I was excited for this addition to west farms mall, but after what I experienced her, I will continue walking by like this store doesn't exist and go back to buy from the other ice cream stores that were there before.

I ordered the Banana Split Sundae at Häagen-Dazs in Westfarms Mall, and it was absolutely delicious! The ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The toppings were fresh, and everything was perfectly put together. The portion size was generous, and the presentation looked great too. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty dessert.
