  Horrible experience and I try to go there again with even more bad experience! I wouldn't recommend this Chipotle spot on prospect to anybody! Rude people servicing the food and not enough customer service help. You order food and it says it's done and when you get there your food is not done.

  PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE !!! I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle . I found a huge bug in my food, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. I immediately brought the food back to the restaurant to request a refund. Both the manager and general manager saw the bug themselves and admitted they could not explain how it ended up in the food. Despite this, I was told they could not issue me a refund because I placed my order online. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they told me I needed to “look up the number on Google” myself to contact someone online for a refund. No one offered assistance, provided contact information, or showed any real concern or compassion for the situation. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care was incredibly disappointing. Finding a bug in food is already bad enough, but the way this situation was handled made it even worse.

  The guy on the line gave me a half of a scoop of steak. He gave a full scoop to the people in front of me and behind me. I asked if I could have a little bit more and was told I’d have to pay extra; I was not asking for extra, I was asking for a regular amount. I wish I had just left instead of paying for this bowl, charging the price they do for steak is criminal for the portion size. Girl on cashier was very nice. Won’t be coming back though.

  Worst experience ever. If the store owner or regional manager contacts me, I can share the video showing how your employees behaved with customers. The incident occurred at 10:50 AM on Sunday, April 26. I have clear video evidence of your employees arguing. They appear untrained and did not understand what the customer was explaining or trying to communicate. Based on the time, you can verify which employees were on duty. If store management or a regional manager reaches out, I will provide the full video.
