  Acabo de pedir mi comida hace media hora llegué a mi casa después de esperar xk mi orden no estaba listo y probé y está feo esta comida los frijoles medios crudos y sin sabor normal mente voy a otros locales de esta cadena pero a este local no más y la atención peor

  Easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to, by far. ​Every single time I order from here, it’s a mess. Orders consistently take forever, and when you finally get your food, it’s consistently wrong or missing items. It is painfully obvious that this location is poorly managed. The employees are rude, indifferent, and don't know the first thing about basic customer service. Honestly, McDonald's has far better customer service and order accuracy than this place. Employees will sometimes even refuse to check on your take out order. ​Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else until management actually steps up.

  Truly the wildest experience I’ve ever had ordering food. The workers were incredibly disrespectful to both me and each other. They were literally fighting and screaming, cussing each other out, and yelling derogatory things across the store while I was trying to order, the girl couldn’t even hear me. I wanted to record but got scared and left lmao. Most unprofessional employees i’ve ever encountered I was so baffled I ended up leaving. Normally the workers there have a little attitude which is fine but full on screaming infront of customers is wild

  If you want to save your time and patience, don’t come to this Chipotle. I placed a takeout order through the Chipotle app that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes, but after arriving, I ended up waiting almost an entire hour. Every time we asked about the order, we were told it was “almost ready,” while customers ordering in-store were getting their food. When I asked to cancel, the staff refused and told me to do it through the app, even though the app didn’t provide a cancellation option. After nearly an hour of waiting, frustrated customers asked for either their food or a refund, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff became rude and argumentative. The assistant manager in particular had an extremely poor attitude and spoke to customers disrespectfully despite the fact that the restaurant had already wasted everyone’s time. Waiting an hour for a 10-minute takeout order and then being treated rudely when you ask for help is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

  DON’T EAT AT THIS LOCATION - the service is horrible. I waited over an hour and was still not served. The person preparing the food told me she was overwhelmed with orders and told me I was too needy asking about my food! I requested a refund but she refused because the order was marked as processed … it was not ready and said she refused to give it to me because she decided I was too needy. Other people were complaining as well and left. I had to call the police because she would not give me my order and could not get a refund. She encouraged me to call the police saying that she did not care about it. The situation was absurd. After she saw that I called the police, she waited five minutes, and then literally throw the food on me. It is unacceptable. This location is really AWFUL. A bunch of delinquents! NEVER AGAIN.
