  HAIR IN MY FOOD, honey chicken was BURNT, when i walked in one specific worker looked annoyed, i ordered very politely with please and thank you, he was yelling at people to move the line over. As i was ordering he was throwing the food into the bowl, gave me the smallest portions of food ever I politely asked for more. Didn’t ask if i wanted a bag just handed it to me, seemed annoyed the whole time severing me and was rude. i spent 15 dollars on my bowl for it to taste burnt and terrible. Usually workers here are super friendly and give good portions tonight I had an issue with a specific worker, other than that people were more pleasant.

  Great food and generous portions, but the service can be a bit hit or miss depending on the staff. I love the fresh ingredients, but my order was slightly mixed up this time. Overall, a solid choice for a quick meal.

  Me and my family went there tonight and ordered a lot of stuff and the staff was very accommodating for our needs. We loved their kindness and acceptance of our order

  Just like the other one in West Hartford. They never prep backups and run out of everything. You shouldn't run out of cheese at 630pm. This is poor management and poor quality of staff. No common sense it seems. I mean, take some pride in your job! The ones in Texas aren't like this. I won't go to another chipotle in West Hartford until things change. Good Luck!

  Great food with fresh ingredients and generous portions, but the service can be a bit hit or miss during peak hours. I've had instances where my order was slightly incorrect, which was disappointing. Overall, a solid option when you're in the mood for a quick and tasty meal.
